Our Manager and Deputy Manager are well trained and motivated and oversee a committed team of nursing care professionals.
As Training is high on our list of priorities, we aim to develop staff through in house training programmers and offer the opportunity to partake in nationally recognized qualifications such as NVQs. At present, we employ 50 staff who together with their qualifications and experience provides an excellent basis for care.
Ersham House must provide a seamless standard of service and care that requires dedicated staff with appropriate skills. Therefore, our training plan will be reviewed regularly allowing us to implement changes that may be required either by desire or by that of a change in legislation. We are aiming for a progressive improvement in the Standards of training at all levels of our staff and management
